Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work to keep rates as fair as possible so you can get your gear without breaking the bank.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with a link to follow your package all the way to your door — or your dock.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned as we expand.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@wakeandlakelife.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.

Are sale items refundable?

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
