Return and Refund Policy

At Wake and Lake Life, most of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@wakeandlakelife.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will determine whether your item qualifies for a replacement or refund. If approved, we will provide the appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for normal wear and tear, minor print variations, or issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
