Order Processing / Production Time
Most of our items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time
After your order has been produced, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your order as lost in transit, please contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will work with you on a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Delays
Please note that carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-order-volume periods may occasionally extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
